Hello everyone and thank you for including me in your community!
I'm based in MILA (Montreal, Canada), and as part of my career at the university hospital, I'm coming from Paris (France) for 1 or 2 years (or more if opportunities arise).
My background is PharmD (Université Paris Saclay) with a residency in clinical biology (biochemistry, cytology, haemostasis, microbiology and especially in vitro fertilization laboratory and andrology) and a PhD in bioinformatics (Sorbonne University). My time in Paris was divided between clinical biology at the hospital, teaching and academic research.
I worked a lot on omics data (in particular metabolomics and peptidomics), from the generation of these data by mass spectrometry methods (mainly LC-MS/MS) to the development of metabolic signatures and medical devices for diagnosis. I have several projects this year around the development of therapeutic molecules and companion metabolic signatures (for monitoring and evaluating therapeutic response).
Despite my basic level of English, I'm highly motivated to meet new researchers (academic or industrial) on MILA or elsewhere, and to collaborate on these high-impact subjects.
Please don't hesitate to contact me, and I look forward to working together and helping this great community grow.
