Hi everyone!
I'm a third-year Ph.D. student at Mila from Prof. Jian Tang's group. I'm interested in machine learning for protein science, geometric deep learning and self-supervised learning. My work focues on pre-training on protein structures databases for learning better protein representations. I believe simple and effective methods for pratical usage instead of fancy concepts. I'm also intersted in applying machine learning for general scientific discovery.
