Looks like this resource has been out for the past year but the preprint's recently been updated.
The study harmonizes a set of ~4000 whole genomes from the Human Genome Diversity Project and the 1000 Genomes Project. They did ancestry analysis and characterized population structure. What's nice is that they also give tutorials on common quality control steps and analyses.
